1. Agreement

By using Conjure ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Conjure ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Conjure provides AI-powered pixel art generation for Minecraft servers via a plugin and web dashboard. Server owners install the plugin and players use in-game commands to generate pixel art textures that can be minted as custom items.

3. Accounts & Access

Access to the dashboard is provided through magic links generated by the Minecraft plugin. You are responsible for keeping your server credentials secure. We may suspend access if we detect misuse or violations of these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time via the billing dashboard or Stripe Customer Portal.
  • One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Unused monthly tokens do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until the end of their current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, hateful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the generation API.
  • Resell generated content as a standalone asset outside of Minecraft gameplay.
  • Use automated tools to flood the generation system beyond normal gameplay usage.

6. Generated Content

  • You retain the right to use generated pixel art within Minecraft servers.
  • Generated images are created by AI and may occasionally produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee specific output quality.
  • We reserve the right to filter or reject prompts that violate our acceptable use policy.

7. Availability & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
