Data we process
We process account and server identifiers, Minecraft player UUIDs and names used with a generation, prompts, generation controls, job metadata, feedback, support correspondence, and subscription status. Stripe processes card and billing details; Conjure stores Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and payment references, not full card numbers.
Current service providers
Supabase provides authentication, PostgreSQL, and private object storage. Resend delivers account login codes by email. Vercel hosts the dashboard and secure processing services. Stripe provides Checkout, Billing, and Stripe Tax. WaveSpeed provides image generation. Google provides prompt and item-behaviour interpretation. Prompts, optional behaviour descriptions, and required technical metadata are sent only to processors needed for that generation.
Private assets and retention
Customer assets are private and are delivered through short-lived signed links. Raw images are retained for 30 days. Compiled assets remain available until the subscription ends plus 30 days, then are scheduled for deletion. Billing, security, audit, and legal records may be kept longer where required.
Training and sharing
Customer prompts and assets are not used for model training or public galleries without explicit opt-in. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Security and international processing
We use HTTPS, signed sessions, hashed server credentials, row-level database controls, private buckets, and limited service credentials. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable transfer safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. EU/EEA and UK users have GDPR rights and may complain to their supervisory authority. Contact support@conjuremc.xyz; identity and server ownership must be verified before disclosure or deletion.
Children and contact
Conjure is intended for Minecraft server administrators who can lawfully enter a subscription. We do not knowingly offer accounts directly to children. Privacy requests: support@conjuremc.xyz.
