1. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service:

  • Server information: your Minecraft server UUID, used to identify your server and track usage.
  • Player information: Minecraft player UUIDs and usernames associated with generations, used for generation history.
  • Generation data: prompts, generated images, and metadata (timestamps, style settings).
  • Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never see or store card details.

2. What We Don't Collect

  • We do not collect email addresses, real names, or personal contact information through normal usage.
  • We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Session cookies are used solely for dashboard authentication.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the generation service and display generation history.
  • To manage subscriptions, billing, and token usage.
  • To maintain and improve the Service.
  • To detect and prevent abuse or violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

  • Supabase: database and file storage (hosted in the EU/US).
  • Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • PixelLab: AI image generation. Prompts and generation parameters are sent to their API.
  • Vercel: dashboard hosting.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Generated images are stored in Supabase Storage. All communication with our services uses HTTPS. We use signed session cookies for dashboard authentication.

6. Data Retention

Generation history and associated images are retained for the lifetime of your server's account. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact us and we will remove your server's data within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Conjure is intended for Minecraft server administrators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Service is accessed through Minecraft servers managed by adult administrators.

8. Your Rights

You may at any time:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about your server.
  • Request deletion of your server's data.
  • Cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our Service evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
