How to request help

Email support@conjuremc.xyz with the server identifier, generation or invoice reference, and a short description. Do not send card numbers. Requests are reviewed individually and statutory rights remain unaffected.

Generation failures

A terminal failed or cancelled generation releases its reserved credit automatically. If a completed four-style result is technically corrupt, missing an asset, or unusable because of a verified service defect, support may restore a generation credit after review.

Subscription charges

Cancel through billing before renewal. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and legally required refunds are corrected to the original payment method. Dissatisfaction with subjective AI style does not automatically qualify for a cash refund, but quality credits may be offered fairly during beta.
