Email support@conjuremc.xyz with your server name, Conjure release, Paper version, job ID, and a concise description. Never send a server secret, pairing code, Stripe card number, API key, email login code, or private signed URL.

Login and pairing

Conjure sends a six-digit email code that is entered on the same sign-in page. Pairing codes last ten minutes and work once. Returning owners reopen their existing server; re-pairing a replacement installation preserves its subscription, credits, and history.

Generation and billing

For a stuck generation, include its job ID and last visible status. For billing, include the Stripe invoice reference. Failed jobs should release their reserved credit; see the refund and quality-credit policy if they do not.

Compatibility

Paid-beta support covers Paper 1.21.11 with optional Nexo 1.17-dev, ItemsAdder 4.0.16, or CraftEngine 26.6 minting. These are separate products and licenses; purchase, pack-hosting, or installation issues belonging to a backend remain the responsibility of its publisher.
